Ukraine has already pumped 8 billion cubic meters of Russian gas inTO its storage facilities for consumption during the upcoming autumn and winter season, and is planning to increase the volume of gas to 15 billion cubic meters, Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko has said.

Market research group GfK's forward-looking German consumer climate index was flat at 2.1 points for January, indicating stable though weak consumption, Reuters news agency said Monday.
